*We offer shipping to Japan and the US only.
Shopping Procedure
1. Click [Add to Cart] on each product page
• Proceed to the [Shopping Cart] page.
2. Specify delivery date and time

Shipping to Japan
• After confirming your order details, if you wish to specify a delivery date, please select a date between 14 to 30 business days after the date of your order.
• You may also select a delivery time zone from [morning], [14:00-16:00], [16:00-18:00], [18:00-20:00] and [19:00-21:00].
Shipping to the US
• You cannot choose the delivery time or date for international shipping.
• Please note that the delivery may be delayed due to flight conditions, custom clearance procedures, and inspections.
Click on [Proceed to Payment].
• If you wish to use [AmazonPay], please click the appropriate button.
• Please note that [AmazonPay] does not allow you to separate the name of the recipient and the name of the client.
• When selecting [Pay with Amazon Account], sign in with the Amazon.co.jp account (email address and password) you normally use. The customer information registered with Amazon.co.jp will be reflected.
[Apple Pay]You can make purchases using credit cards registered with Apple Pay.
[Google Pay]You can make purchases using credit cards registered with Google Pay.
[Shop Pay(Credit card)]You can make purchases using credit cards registered with Shop Pay
3. Enter your contact information and shipping address
• Click on [Proceed to Shipping Method Selection].
4. Select a payment method and set up your payment source information
• For more details, please refer to the Payment Method section.
5.Click on [Order Complete].
• Your purchase is now complete.
• You will automatically receive an order confirmation email with an order code.
• After we confirm your order, we will send you a separate order confirmation email. Please check the details of your order and the scheduled delivery date.
ABOUT PAYMENT
—You can use a credit card or Amazon Pay (credit card) or Apple Pay or Google Pay or Shop Pay.
1) Credit Card
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover.
• All payments are a single lump sum.
• Please enter your credit card information accurately and make your payment.
2) Amazon Pay
• You can use the credit card information registered with Amazon.co.jp.
• Click on the [Pay with Amazon Account] button, log in with your email address and password and select your shipping address and credit card information to make your purchase.
• Please note that [Pay with Amazon Account] cannot deliver to multiple addresses.

3)Apple Pay
You can make purchases using credit cards registered with Apple Pay.

You can make purchases using credit cards registered with Google Pay.
5)Shop Pay
You can make purchases using credit cards registered with Shop Pay
Shop Pay is a payment service provided by Shopify, an online store system. Once you have registered your email address and cell phone number with Shop Pay, you can effortlessly pay for your next purchase by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS verification) sent to your email address and cell phone number, without having to re-enter your shipping address or credit card information.
ABOUT RECEIPTS
• We will include a receipt in the shipment for customers who request it at the time of purchase.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
1) Defective Products
• In case of damage or other defects, we will replace the product.
• Please inform us as soon as possible and your purchase will be replaced at no cost to you.
• If there is no replacement in stock, you will receive a refund.
• Please note that if you contact us more than eight days after receiving the product, we will be unable to exchange your purchase.
2) Returns
• Please note that we do not accept returns or replacements of products after delivery.
• We will accept returns or exchanges of "initial defective items" or "items not ordered" only within eight days of delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have already been opened (including wrapped items)
- Products that have been defaced or damaged by the purchaser
- Merchandise that has been in the shop for over 8 days
- Items on sale or with special prices or discounts
- Items that have not been returned or exchanged without prior notification
DELIVERY
Shipping Charges
We offer delivery to the United States. The shipping fee is a flat rate of 58 USD.
We offer shipping to Japan and the US only.
Shipping Company
We entrust the delivery of products to "Yamato Transport”.
Estimated Time Until Product Arrival
We generally ship within 7 days after receiving your order. If the product is not in stock, we will inform you of the delivery time for production separately. In the event of adverse weather or traffic conditions, there may be delays in the delivery of your items depending on the delivery status of Yamato Transport.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Goods are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, and all displayed product prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. (Our shipping carrier's customs broker will contact you by phone or email upon the arrival of the goods to inform you of the total amount and payment options, and will provide step-by-step support.) Please make payment before or at the time of delivery.
Damage During Transportation
We take great care in packaging and managing operations to ensure smooth delivery of our products. However, there is a possibility of damage during transportation, so please check your items carefully.
If the item arrives damaged, we recommend that you either refuse to accept the item or make a note on the delivery receipt indicating "Item damaged/broken".
Regarding damages, please notify the shipping carrier and our company in writing within 8 days of receiving the item. Please send an email to info@tokiwagi.work.
In this case, we will send a damage report to our insurance company, so please attach the invoice number and photos of the damage to an email and send it to us. Also, please keep the item carefully stored until we can confirm the extent of the damage.
ABOUT GIFTS
1) About gift wrapping
Gift wrapping is available upon request for a flat fee of 550 yen, tax included.
Please leave the method of packaging to our staff. We will prepare the most suitable packaging according to the material and size of the product.
*Depending on the size and quantity of items, we may pack a gift in several pieces.
*When sending directly to the recipient, we do not include a receipt or otherwise disclose the price.
