Sales restriction of products :
Quantity limits for purchase per person differ by product.
The maximum number you may select from “quantity” on each page of products is the quantity limits.
We might reject payments by credit cards when they are not under your name.
If you are under the age of 18, please obtain the consent of a person who has your parental authority when ordering.

Delivery and shipping cost :Please view “Delivery” from terms of service

Defective item :We will exchange defective products with new ones. However, if there is no replacement in stock, we will make a refund.

Returning products :We will not take any return or exchange in general.
If your purchased products are defective or different from what you have ordered, we may accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of delivery.
However, we cannot accept any return or exchange in the following cases,

• When the package is already opened (wrapping included)
• When the product is defaced or damaged by customers
• When it’s passed more than 8 days of delivery
• When it’s purchased with special prices such as sales
• When we did not receive any contact about returns or exchanges in advance

Delivery time :We will arrange delivery by Yamato Transport 5-7 days after placing your order.
Please note that delivery might be delayed when there is a large number of orders or it’s around holiday seasons.

Payment :You can use a credit card or Amazon Pay (credit card) or Apple Pay or Google Pay or Shop Pay.

Others :For reasons of privacy, we cannot answer any questions regarding delivery status or system.
