Ou / Champagne cooler

The cooler has a beautiful texture of black karatsu, which has a free, graceful strength. The design wraps around the bottle and the heavy clay keeps drinks such as champagne, wine, and sake cool.

The straight lines drawn by designer Yumi Terauchi and the sensibility and craftsmanship of ceramic artist Yukiko Tsuchiya combine to create a soft and supple form. It has a concave design that fits comfortably in the hand and is easy to carry. Its solid weight makes it suitable for use as a vase.
